| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with Operator regarding the results of the repeat sampling DETAILS: When the water system first notified us by phone on 6-20-06 of the initial positive, they failed to mention that the sample also tested positive for E.coli. 4 Repeats that were taken showed positive for TC only but that scenario calls for a boil water notice to be issued. I spoke with Don today to notify him of the news. I asked that he research the possibility that someone had hooked the spring back up. ACTION NEEDED: I asked him to do the Public Notice today and to let the users know that the system will be batch chlorinated with 1.75 gal of chlorine. Investigate the Spring issue. Post the notice and send a copy to DHS. Pull 5 routines early in the July cycle. | ||
