| Details: | SUMMARY: .Routine sample on 6-20-06 tested postive TC DETAILS: Contact with operates helper to direct him as to where to pull repeat samples. Penni was notified by phone of the 6-20-06 positive sample. Two of the repeat sites identified in the coliform sampling plan are locked so I asked Leon to pull one sample from his home and one at the well head and one upstream and downstream of the original positive. ACTION NEEDED: Repeats will be pulled 6-22-06. | ||
