| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator's father and owner of the facility. It was discussed that the firm is responsible for submitting monthly coliform test results from the distribution and from the source. It was explained that the firm has missed their source assessment sample from January and has yet to submit one for February. The owner explained that a source assessment sample would be submitted before the end of the month. Owner understands that monthly samples must be submitted for the distribution and source. | ||
