| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert- 4 positive TC on repeat samples DETAILS: 5/15/06 I received an alert for positive TC test results for one routine sample obtained on 5/11/06 and four repeat sample obtained on 5/12/06. Visited with Trent Reeves, manager of Rays #71. This Public Water System had a new well drilled on 4/21/06 well ID L83657. The new well has not completed plan review with DWP. Trent stated that the shock chlorination was scheduled for the system on 5/16/06. Obtained phone number for Rays corporate office to discuss plan review requirements. ACTION NEEDED: On 5/17/06 I visited with Trent Reeves and confirmed that shock chlorination had been completed. Informed Trent that well water could not be used for conveyances.
