Details: SUMMARY: ERP Phone Consultation DETAILS: Spoke with Joan today bout the need to keep an ERP on hand. We went over ERP basics including written procedures for well disinfection, line breaks, call lists and security measures. She state that some of these elements have already been taken care of. She will work on the rest.
