| Details: | "Good day, Calven: I'm writing in reference to the October 11, 2019 Sanitary Survey of the Westport Water Association. Two outstanding deficiencies noted in the survey report have yet to be corrected: 1. Emergency Response Plan has not been reviewed and updated within last 5 years, and 2. Annual Summary Report was not submitted in 2018. Please send me an update on where you are with these corrections, or let me know the date(s) they were corrected. Thank you." |
