| Details: | "Good day, Calven: I'm writing in reference to the October 11, 2019 Sanitary Survey of the Wauna Water District. Two outstanding deficiencies noted in the survey report have yet to be corrected: 1. No protocol for under-certified operator, and 2. Flap cover of Peterson Spring junction box overflow needs to be repaired or replaced to fit tightly. I would also like a follow up on the late testing for coliform of source water, which was due in January. Has it been submitted to the lab? Please send me an update on where you are wit the late testing and these corrections, or let me know the date(s) they were corrected. Thank you." |
