| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive Alert Follow-up DETAILS: Site visit to discuss repeat sampling and next month routine follow-up. Gave Victor a copy of a letter written that outlines repeat sampling. He has done the four repeats on May 11 that were required and so far has heard nothing back from the lab. He also understands the requirement for 5 routines in the month following a positive sample. ACTION NEEDED: Submit sample results of 4 repeats taken May 11 to DHS. Perform 5 routines in June spaced out through the month. | ||
