| Details: | SUMMARY: E.coli positive result for samples taken 08/18/2006. DETAILS: I was notified by Coffey Lab at 6:30PM Saturday that 2 of 3 samples taken 8/18 were E.coli positive. Two samples taken at Pump 2 were both E.coli positive and one was marked Routine, the other Special. Well 2 had recently had pump work done. ACTION NEEDED: 4 Repeat samples to be taken Monday, 8/21. Well 2 to be disinfected and flushed because of pump work. | ||
