Details: SUMMARY: Reviewed system operations and status of SDWRLF application DETAILS: The City tried to repair the cracked concrete reservoir fed by the spring pipeline, but the repair material did not work. A new reservoir is still needed but the SDWRLF application is on hold due to financial concerns.
