| Details: | DETAILS: Follow-up for enforcement for lack of phase 2/5 results for well #2. Finally contacted owner Jerry to discuss. Wrote letter to this effect 6/8/06 following 5/2005 sanitary survey. Gave system 30 days at that time, but no response. Owner said he had to budget for test and assured me it would be done by September 15, 2006. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for phase 2/5 results for well 2. If not received by September 15, 2006, will refer to ODWP for formal enforcement. | ||
