| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement Tracking DETAILS: 6-28-06 - Bruce Benz from Apple Blossom stopped by office this date. 7-12-06 - Conducted Sanitary Survey of water system. 8-3-2006 Spoke with Tom Charbonneau who recently visited water system. Spoke to Bruce Benz regarding the Classification change from Community to a State Regulated and of the required monitoring. I also asked him to provide adequate sample taps for future monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Due to change in system classification the Formal Enforcement Order is resolved. | ||
