Details: DETAILS: System has experienced several positive coliform samples since 1/18/06. Have been working with new operator Cougar. Did sanitary survey 7/26 to hopefully find problem. Noted several possible sources for positive samples. ACTION NEEDED: Correct deficiencies noted on survey and take 5 routine samples in August.
