| Details: | DETAILS: Called and left Vern (new water contact for this water system) a message to remind him to do 5 routines in August. He had already done 4 repeats after his positive on 7/31/06. The repeats were done in August on the 3rd and I also explained that he should take his routine quarterly test earlier in the month so he can meet the requirement of "taking repeats in the same month as a positive". I also told Vern to call if he has any further questions. | ||
