Details: SUMMARY: Positive TC Routine August 2006 DETAILS: Spoke with Melvin Olson over the phone and he said he felt the positive samples are coming from the flushing program he recently flushed the system. I reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples in September. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on rpeat test results.
