| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 Repeat Samples DETAILS: Minerva called to inform us that 2 of the 4 repeat samples taken on Friday 7/28/06 came back positive to TC. There were the York and Scott street samples. I told her that we would bring her out a template of the public notice that they will have to provide their users and that we would look over the system with them. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on what the probable cause for the TC and ensure that the Public Notice is done. | ||
