| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample taken 8/15/06 plus 2 Repeats taken 8/16/06 positive TC DETAILS: Called Linda Curtis at 10 AM, she thinks her sampling technique is faulty. We discussed proper technique and it sounds like she may not be running the water long enough. I told her I would email her a Public Notice template and instructions on shock chlorinating the well. The do have a chlorinator and we discussed turning that on the disinfect the system and then doing some follow-up sampling. We discussed that the statues require sampling for 5 routines until all are absent. ACTION NEEDED: Email information on Public Notice and well disinfection.
