| Details: | SUMMARY: Bel Dis on the Rogue has fulfilled the reqauirements for the ERP DETAILS: Don Viglietta and I met and discussed the Emergency Response Plan (ERP). We completed the required Section Two of the ERP for this small transient public water system. I then sent Don a letter explaining the purpose of the ERP as well as the ERP itself for their records. The ERP Proof of Completion form was sent to Kurt Putnam. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed at this time with reference to the ERP. | ||
