| Details: | SUMMARY: Linda shocked the system for a third time/collected 4 samples DETAILS: 8-1-06 - Four special samples were collected after the system was shocked with 2.5 gallons of bleach and allowed to return to a residual of 0 ppm. All four samples passed. 8-10-06 - Per the Grants Pass Water Lab, two routine samples were submitted on 8-4-06 both of which tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: (Per Scott Curry) the public notice can be lifted. | ||
