| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform sample collected on 8/1/06 tested positive TC DETAILS: 8-4-06 - I spoke with Chuck on 8-4-06 (10:00 am). He believes that this result may be from using a sample bottle that is over two years old. Neilson said that this is not the case. 8-8-06 - Per Nielson, all four repeats samples passed. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be submitted in the month of September. | ||
