| Details: | SUMMARY: A positive routine colifrom sample was collectwd on 8-10-06. DETAILS: 8-16-06 - I spoke with Joseph and informed him of the positive sample (he was not aware). Joseph is not sure why the positive sample occurred. He is going to check the chlorinator and make sure that it is functioning properly. I suggested that he take one of the repeat samples at the well and one off of an outside hose bib. We also discussed the kitchen swivel faucet is probably not the best choice for a reliable sample tap. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples need to be submitted within 24 hours. Five routine samples need to be submitted in the month of September. | ||
