| Details: | SUMMARY: public education - waive newspaper requirement DETAILS: As per ORA 333-061-0034(5)(c)(H)(iii), I have approved the Wickiup WDs public education being limited to just direct mail to customers and the school. The newspaper requirement is not needed, since the local paper is the daily Astorian, and Wickiup is such a small community. ACTION NEEDED: will do public education by Sept 20 as instructed by Evan Hofeld, and will send a copy in to DWP. Also will take source lead / copper and WQPs. | ||
