| Details: | SUMMARY: Contract for Test Wells Awarded DETAILS: Spoke with Jerry. A contract for drilling five test wells will be awarded this evening. Some existing wells near the proposed test well locations have been sampled and had low nitrates. A proposed order has been issued by WRD for use of a new well. Public notice is being issued quarterly. A USDA grant/loan package is lined up. Water rates have been raised. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to continue work on project to obtain new water source. | ||
