| Details: | SUMMARY: Ayres called to report positve routine total coliform result. DETAILS: Bill Ayres called to report a positive routine total coliform sample result for September. I explained to him the requirements for follow-up repeat sampling (four repeats required as soon as possible) and told him to call back after he receives results for the repeats if any results are positive. Also, I informed him that five routine samples are required to be taken in October. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
