| Details: | SUMMARY: A positive routien coliform sample was collected on 8-2-06. DETAILS: 8-4-06 9:00 am - I called and spoke with Jerry, he said that Mark is going to chlorinate this morning and then resmaple. I informed him that this is not the correct procedure. I spoke with Mark and he assured me that he is sampling prior to chlorination. He had a misunderstanding with Jerry. He will collect samples from the sources, the positive site, and a connection down the line from space 20-positive site. 8-8-06 - Per Nielson Labs, all four repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of September. | ||
