| Details: | Western Carriage Estates contracted to have their storage tank relined, but the lining system installed had failed due to a poor installation by the hired contractor. Steve Gordenier wanted advice on how to handle the situation. Mr. Gordenier proposed replacing the failed tank with poly tanks. I provided consultation for this and researched the necessary sizing and installation information. Mr. Gordenier informed me that system would have a board meeting to decide if further action would be required. The board decided to pursue legal action and file a claim against the contractor who relined the tank. They also decided to postpone any decision on replacing the tank until the legal situation was resolved. No technical reports necessary. Western Carriage Estates will reopen a circuit rider request if further help is needed once the legal situation is resolved. |
