| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 8/1/06 tested positive for TC and E.Coli DETAILS: 8-3-06 4:00 pm Spoke with Lee Debarry. He is aware of the positive sample. He is going to take four repeat samples tomorrow 8-4-06. I emailed Lee a public notice template in case the repeat confirmation samples come up positive. 8-8-06 10:00 am Three out of the four repeat samples tested positive for E.Coli. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to be disinfected and public notice needs to be posted. | ||
