| Details: | SUMMARY: Met With Operator at the time of Sanitary Survey to discuss ERP and SVSA requirements DETAILS: 8-15-06 - Sherry has done some initial work on the plan since it was presented to her as a requirement during a phone consultation on 2-10-06. She showed me what work she had done on the plan at the Sanitary Survey meeting. The plan has not been completed as Sherry was distracted by the very recent death of her husband. ACTION NEEDED: Sherry needs to complete the Emergency Response plan and submit it for review. She then needs to send in the associated proof of completion form. | ||
