Details: SUMMARY: Nofified Operator of requirement to do five routines in September, 2006 and sent PN matierials DETAILS: System had three TC positive repeat samples collected 8-6-06. Operator left message stating they plan to chlorinate reservoir and distribution this week. I left her a return message notifying her of the requirement to provide public notice ASAP and to M/R five routines in September, 2006.
