| Details: | DETAILS: Received alert on 8-7-06 for E. Coli and total coliform. Called and spoke with Mr. Boswell and he state he is taking the 4 repeats and will maintain contact. Spoke with Mr. Boswell 8-10-06, he stated his 4 repeats came back negative and he will send them to the state.He is aware that he needs to take 5 routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: 5 Routine samples need to be taken to during the next sampling month. | ||
