| Details: | SUMMARY: Received an alert on June 29,2006 for TC DETAILS: Called on 6-30-06 at 8:40 am, no one answered but left a message to call me back. Called and spoke to Mr. Adams at 11:00 am, he stated the water system will be shocked this afternoon and the system has been retested but have not received results. A Public Notice has been sent to all patrons of the motel by Mr. Adams. Contacted owner Lee Javoirc on 7-6-06, she stated system was shock chlorinated on 6-30-06. They will resample on 7-7-06. ACTION NEEDED: Approval from Scott Curry for UV light water system. Five routine samples next sampling period. | ||
