| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will post public notice, torubleshoot system DETAILS: Richard states the system had three positive TC repeat samples collected 9-12-06. The system lacks a sample tap at the wellhead so the source was not sampled. I suggested that the test results indicate that he should sample the source before taking any corrective action. Richard stated he would install a sample tap at the hose bibb. ACTION NEEDED: The operator will post public notice as required. | ||
