| Details: | SUMMARY: Bottled water provided, Do Not Drink Water Warning issued. DETAILS: Bottled water is being provided at the school and the Do Not Drink the Water warning has been posted. Well disinfected and flushed with 1/2 cup bleach on Friday, but only 30 minutes of standing water time. Therefore, well to be re-disinfected with 1 cup bleach and left standing over night. ACTION NEEDED: Samples to be taken 9/27 to see if corrective actions were effective. | ||
