Details: SUMMARY: spill into Barney Reservoir DETAILS: A sheen was noticed in Barney Reservoir against the Dam. Nothing was seen leaving the Dam. ACTION NEEDED: City will clean up with absorb pads and will notify if sheen leaves reservoir.
