| Details: | Russ Kazmierczak reached out to Civil West on October 28th, 2019 indicating that the City of Boardman needed an MPA test done on their Ranney collector to determine the magnitude of surface water influence risk. Dan Vaage set up and ran an MPA test from 11:28 am on November 4th, until 9:34 am on November 5th. The results of the test indicated a not significant risk factor of “NS”. The results were provided to the City and OHA on November 13th, 2019. Please see the attached chain of custody and MPA results sheets. |
