| Details: | DETAILS: Summary of deficiencies, no raw sample tap, DPD test kit not used to test chlorine daily, no records of daily coliform kept, no sampling plan, nitrate not in compliance). Letter from store stating that a Hoch test kit DPD for chlorine is now being used and chlorine residual is being tested daily and recorded. Talked to Kari Salis, DWP. The newly installed tank for contact time will need to go through plan review and a raw sample tap will need to be installed. | ||
