| Details: | The City of Rogue River, Oregon wants to determine if they have sufficient chlorine contact time through their current water treatment plant configuration. 8/16/19 - Pre-approval report for the CT test was written and submitted to OHA for review and approval. 8/23/19 - Russel Kazmierczak from OHA left voicemail regarding CT test pre-approval questions and comments. 9/3/19 - HECO submitted revised CT test pre-approval per OHA's questions and comments. 9/9/19 - OHA approved revised CT test pre-approval. 9/24/19 - HECO Engineers conducted on-site consultation and observance of the CT study test. 9/25/19 - HECO Engineers re-conducted CT study test since correct chlorine dosage amount was not implemented and the SCADA system required re-programming to adjust minimum clearwell operating level. 10/16/19 - HECO Engineers submitted data analysis and final CT Study test report for OHA's review and comment. OHA has not responded to HECO Engineer's email sent on 10/15/19 regarding the final tracer study report and test results for their review and comments.
