| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: The City of Glendale, Oregon wants to determine if they have sufficient chlorine contact time through their current water treatment plant configuration. Assistance Provided: 8/6/19 – Pre-approval report for the CT test was written and submitted to OHA for review and approval. 8/26/19 – HECO Engineers contacted Rebecca Templin from OHA via phone for an update regarding CT test pre-approval questions and comments. 9/11/19 – Rebecca Templin approved CT test pre-approval. 9/24/19 – HECO Engineers conducted on-site consultation and observance of the CT study test. 10/16/19 – HECO Engineers submitted data analysis and final CT Study test report for OHA’s review and comment. Tracer study report and test results are attached. |
