| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a total coliform positive routine sample taken on 09/29/2006. I talked with Linda Dorsey on 10/05/2006 and she didnt know why the sample was positive but she already took the 4 repeat samples and they came out negative. She knows to take 5 routine samples the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples in November. | ||
