Details:	SUMMARY: Change from State-Reg to Community WS DETAILS: Brenda Casarez with Delta Lab/OWS contacted me to let me know this water system now has 15 connections. I changed them from a State-Reg to a Community WS and mailed Kevin Hunt, the operator also with Delta Lab/OWS, a letter and attached information outlining the new requirements. ACTION NEEDED: I will conduct a Sanitary Survey soon.
