| Details: | SUMMARY: No chlorine residual DETAILS: I received an alert for a chlorine residual of 0 on a coliform sample taken on 9/29/06. I talked with Joan Ulmer on 10/6/06. Joan said that they do keep a residual and they would have reported it on the lab form. She did not have a copy of the lab form on her, so I asked her to call me if she found that she had reported a residual higher than 0 on the lab form. I also mentioned that, based on the CT estimate in the 2002 Sanitary Survey, they should be keeping a residual of 0.4 mg/L. She did not remember receiving a copy of the Sanitary Survey, so I mailed her a copy. | ||
