| Details: | SUMMARY: Mr. Wesley reported a Total TC postive, which occurred 10-05 DETAILS: Mr. Wesley called on 10-06-06 to notify Agency of TC+ sample result. WS was notified by lab on 10-06. Sample taken on 10-05-06 at 44th & Commercial sample site. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Wesley asked if they could do the three repeats on Monday since they could not take the samples and get them to the lab today. I agreed. He will follow up with Kari Salis if any additional TC+ results occur. | ||
