| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-Up Sample After Chlorination Present for TC DETAILS: Topper called to let us know that the one sample collected 9/27 came back positive for total coliform. The shock chlorination performed 9/22 was ineffective as the chlorinated water was not flushed through the entire system. The well will be chlorinated again and more samples collected. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to continue serving bottled water, collect five routine samples in October | ||
