| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Routine TC sample collected 10-5-06 DETAILS: Positive TC routine sample collected after UV light automatically shut down (pre-filter clogged up) was positive. System will accept violation and has issued public notice. Maintenance procedures need to be modified and UV system evaluated ACTION NEEDED: No repeats will be taken, the positive TC was due to disinfection system failure. Will replace prefilter and reactivale UV sytem then collect special samples before placing back on line. Copy of Public notice and description of problem forthcoming. | ||
