| Details: | SUMMARY: A positive routine sample was collected from the Aspen Kitchen on 9-20-2006 DETAILS: 9-25-06 - I spoke with Jeannie Randall (water system operator). She is not sure why the sample was positive. The chlorinator seems to be working. She is submitting four repeat samples today. 9-27-06 - Per Nielson - All four repeat samples tested negative to Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be submitted in the month of October. | ||
