| Details: | DETAILS: Positive total coliform test (repeats) 8-12-06. I contacted Mel Olson, operator by phone. I informed him that a Public Notice is required due to positive repeats (MCL violation). He said he thinks coliform due to manganese build up in lines which he flushed. He will also shock system and do 4 additional repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Spoke with Marilyn at Mels office and reminded her to send a copy of Public Notice to the State within 10 days and also a copy to me along with any follow-up test results. She documented this and will give to Mel as a reminder. | ||
