| Details: | DETAILS: Routine total coliform test 8-3-2006. Results positive for TC negative for EC. 8-8-2006 - I contacted Mel Olson , Operator, by phone. I notified him of the Alert an requirement to do 4 repeats right away and fax test results to me and to the state. If negative, he needs to do 5 routines the following month. Mr. Olson stated he understands the requirements and will fax results. | ||
