| Details: | DETAILS: 9-7-2006: I contacted Mike Chapman, operator by phone. I explained the Alert to him and asked if he knew what might be causing the problem. Mr. Chapman stated this was his first positive coliform and that he suspected the quarry activity near by might be affecting the water supply. They are considering the installation of UV disinfection. I informed Mr. Chapman of the need for Plan review and gave him Tom Charbonneaus name and phone number. Mr. Chapman stated he did 4 repeats and 1 special yesterday. I asked him to send results to the state and fax copies to me. Mr. Chapman said he shut down system until he gets test results. | ||
