| Details: | DETAILS: 9-11-06 Spoke with Mike Chapman, Operator, on the phone. Mr. Chapman stated he did 5 repeats (2 were positive for classroom and receive building 9-6-06). The flushed the system and did 5 additional repeat samples on 9-8-06. All repeats on 9-8-06 were negative for total coliform. I informed Mr. Chapman that he needs to do 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Note: All repeat samples 9/6 and 9/8/2006 were negative for fecal coliform. Public Notice Posted 9-6-06 | ||
