| Details: | DETAILS: System got intial routine TC positive on 8-17-06. Four repeats taken 8-22-06 of which one (same house but different sample site) was TC positive. Discussed with intermim operator John and operator Thom several times over several weeks. System worked with homeowner to resovle possible backflow problem from sprinkler system, etc. Took 5 routine samples 9-7-06, one of the 5 were positive. Spoke with John Hayes and discussed publicv notice to be sent within 30 days. 4 repeats 9-13-06 were all absent. John sent copy of PN for review and I returned with notes. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute PN with bill and take 5 routine samples in October. | ||
